THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Enrolling is very easy! You can start by completing the form on this page. You will then be redirected to complete the full application. Once submitted, we will review your application.<\/p>\n

At that point, you will be invited to attend an orientation where you will be able to complete additional enrollment documents. You will be required to provide:<\/p>\n

  • Birth certificate<\/li>\n
  • Social security card<\/li>\n
  • Immunization record<\/li>\n
  • Two proofs of residency<\/li>\n
  • Parent or guardian photo ID<\/li>\n
  • Current transcripts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Once these steps are complete, you will be an official Premier High School student.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
